Caramel cake with mocha filling, serves approx. 18-20 people. Hand carved and covered in fondant to resemble a clutch purse. Sculpted gumpaste beads dusted in luster dust are strung for the sparkling beaded handle, the clasp is also gumpaste, hand painted in a shimmery gold.
