This cake was made to celebrate a couples 1st Anniversary. Gourmet chocolate cake (my favorite), fondant icing, gum paste roses and (painstakingly) handmade gum paste Eiffel Tower. The roses and Eiffel Tower, while technically edible, can be saved indefinitely.
